Massage Therapy

Bringing the very best in the combination of therapeutic and relaxation massage, based on individual needs.

Therapeutic Massage is essential to keeping our bodies in tip top shape and keeping us going day to day. With all of the days stresses from driving in rush hour traffic, racing around trying to get all the family commitments attended to, and then adding in the electronics to our lives (computers and smart phones), we are in constant need of bringing our bodies back into balance. This is where Therapeutic Massage fits in.  Using a myriad of techniques, I am able to assess, problem solve, and use the very best combination of techniques to address specific concerns.  From reducing fascial restrictions, decreasing muscle hypertonicities, increasing circulation and bringing about normal muscle tone, this is how Massage helps re-establish balance.

Relaxation Massage is crucial in allowing us to live our lives, and not burn out.  Most people will say that a relaxation massage is fluffy, and not really beneficial, unless they are spending the day at the spa.  This is where our Nervous System components are neglected, and will bring us down, in the long run.  Without attention to calming the nervous system, and allowing our bodies to deal with daily stresses, we are much more prone to getting sick and breaking down in general.  Relaxation Massage is an art form, and requires a combination of flow, rhythm, and technique to be successful and effective.
